1. Exhaust gas
The waste gas of this project carrying pad printing and baking (including wiping) is treated by the "secondary activated carbon adsorption" device and then discharged through a 15-meter high exhaust cylinder. The waste gas emission meets the Tianjin local standard "Volatile Organic Compound Emission Control for Industrial Enterprises" Standard" (DB12/524-2020) Table 1 standard requirements. Domestic sewage is taken over to the Yundong Sewage Treatment Plant in Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the tail water is discharged to Wusong River. The domestic wastewater discharge of this project is 1296t/a, which is within the design load of the sewage plant, and each pollution factor can meet the third-level standard in Table 4 of the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978-1996) (the take-over standard of the sewage plant) ), the wastewater is easier to treat and basically does not impact the wastewater treatment plant. 3. Noise
The noise source of the project is mainly the noise generated by CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, milling machines and other equipment during the production process.
